I've just been sent an mms but I can't receive the content. I received a picture a few days ago and it came straight through but I have a message saying

'Get media content now (115 KB)'

I tap it and it changes to 'Getting media content... (115 KB)' then it just pings again and goes back to 'Get media.......'

What's up with that?

I had that problem as well, but that's because my Lumia 800 didn't pick up my carrier's MMS settings properly, and couldn't get MMS at all.

I had to manually add a new APN with my providers Internet and MMS settings, to get it to work, via the Network Setup app.

Got it sorted, just needed a restart. Not sure why that would fix it but apparently it did
