    I got my Lumia and sent the text 28 days ago

    when I put my number into the redemption site I get a "We're sorry, but something went wrong." Error message

    Anyone know why or getting the same?

    I had the same sort of problem when I tried to register for mine, it just wouldn't go pass the pick your colour of headphone screen.

    So I gave them a call on 08450455555 they took all my details and I got a email today to email them a copy of my receipt. Fingers crossed I should have my headphones soon.

    What Nokia Monster headphones offer? Are they giving free headphones to Lumia buyers?

    Same thing here, e-mailed customer services as had the same issue with the free apps voucher.
    Got a standard response that shows they have not tried the website so long e-mail sent back.
    Love the phones hate the offers and service thereafter.
