I want to buy a Lumia 620, but I am on Vodafone, now I could buy it from carphonewarehouse SIM free for £220.

But what I want to know is it easy to unlock the phone? If so Ill get it for £150 from o2 and them pay for the unlock.

A popular unlocking service (and reliable one too) can be found at http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/Unlocking/remote.htm However, the 620 isn't listed yet as being unlockable but that's not surprising considering the phone is brand new. There's also no mention of how much it costs but I have heard it can be quite expensive to unlock Lumia phones.

Thank you. It looks like I will be paying eityher £220 for it unlocked for £180 for it on PAYG from vodafone once CWH have some in stock. Its a shame as its soooo cheap at o2.
