Just finalized my order and have confirmed with the vendor that they will be in tomorrow and will ship on Monday (1/13/2013). $299 with no tax outside of Connecticut and free standard shipping. The Credit Card and PayPal option on their site didn't work well and had to pay with Amazon. Not a problem though.

Available on expansys-usa for $289.99. They have black in stock(mine shipped today) with dates for other colors as well. Will be my first windows phone, looking forward to it :)
