Be aware, be very aware. I just updated Nokia Drive+ BETA. Then the screen wouldn't come on to unlock. So I've soft reset the phone, and now it's stuck on the Nokia logo. Just warning people that it could brick the device. I still need to figure out how to unbrick the device.

EDIT: False alarm. Few more soft resets fixed it. But it could still happen to you guys.

I think it was just me. Like I said a few soft resets fixed it.

Yup. A huge file. I did it and it took about 3 hours. I think it's their servers that is the bottle neck. Oh well, I think it was worth the effort as I now have a fully functional offline navigation app and it was free.

Technically, you can't brick Windows phone 8.
