I have been trying to upload my contacts from my macbook to my windows live account. It will not work. I do not have a gmail account to sync with. There has to be an easier way to upload these contacts. Please tell me I am missing something.

I see you can upload a CVS file from outlook but as you know I have all my contacts in my address book not outlook.

Any suggestions?

If you just want the contacts to be on outlook.com, not syncing, you can drag and drop the contact from the address book to finder, and send the vcf files to your email, open it on your phone, and save them. Note windows phone doesn't support multiple contacts in a single vcf file.
