1. Go to the LG App Store
2. Than download the app Network Setup
3. Go into the app and pick your operator. (make sure it says your operator)
4. It will give you the option to, "Tap here to accept changes and restart your phone", do so and you got it!
You get internet sharing, group text, and the ability to get a confirmation your sms has been sent.

No, it should just add a link to Internet Sharing in the Settings, and when you attempt to turn it on it will display an error message.
