I plugged my Radar in to my Mac yesterday and was told I had an update. I already had installed the latest firmware a week or so ago. It appears as if this update was from HTC, not Microsoft. Did any of you receive an update yesterday? If yes, do you have any information on what was fixed/changed?

Ok - Radar owners - let me tell you this. Since my phone updated on Sunday, I have had zero problems with my wifi connection. I believe this mystery update has solved the wifi problem. I could never stay connected to a wifi signal for longer than 10 minutes. As of Sunday, my wifi connection has been strong - both to my home and work routers. So - can anyone else chime in on this?

There was an HTC update a few weeks ago that popped up when I checked for updates again, immediately after the installation of the Windows 8107 update. That's probably the update you installed - especially if it took a long time for it to install.
That update didn't really change my phone experience, though, it did cause issues which were resolved after a factory reset (what a pain that was...haha).
But my Mac shows no new updates are available, and so with 8107 and the latest (to my knowledge) HTC update, it's all running swell. - 03-06-2012, 11:27 AM #5
There's been no update on my Radar since the main one that went out a couple of weeks ago.

This issue is not "fixed," as far as I can tell. I have the same update as the others in this thread (the latest) and my phone still chooses cellular data over wifi sometimes, even when I'm at home and my phone has a full-strength connection to my router.

In a MS support thread, it was stated a couple of days ago the Mango refresh (tango) will resolve this issue. Time will tell.
