is it me or does the htc windows x have notifactions? the only phone that i carnt find with them, my last phone was the samsung galexy s3 and it used to notifie me in an item has been dispatched but not getting it from the windows x, anyone eles having this issue?

Hmm, I get my Ebay notifications via email. You have apps like Package Tracker. the official app will send a notification for "messages" but dont know if a dispatched packages are sent as a "message". If so the app should notify you.
