Obviously Somethings Not Right When A Few Have gotten the Update on Their US T-mobile branded 8x, while it seems like a Majority do not including myself.. Answer the Poll if You Have Gotten The Update... When Will It Be Released for Every T-Mobile Branded 8x? WP Central hasn't addressed this since they first brought up the fact that the US T-mobile HTC 8x was going to be getting this Skype Patch Update.

I received the patch around 30 Jan. The phone did not notify me, I just periodically search for updates. Not really useful for me as I don't use skype, but I did receive the patch.

I got it on the 29th of Jan. I just went and checked for update and there it was.

Every says that the file was 167mb? Did you notice any improvements in overall sound quality unrelated to Skype?
