My car doesn't have built in Bluetooth so I bought an adapter that plugs into the auxiliary port in my car. My 8x connects and re-connects fine and the music plays well through it, but every time the music state changes (play, pause, skip track, and track to track progression) I get a feedback pop like tearing out an audio cable from a live amp. This morning I took my Trophy out and tried and the same issue doesn't happen everything plays smoothly. But i also tried out my 8x with a set of Bluetooth headphones and everything works fine with those. So I'm really not sure if the problem is with the phone or the Bluetooth receiver.


Has anyone else had an issue like this and figured anything out?

If it doesn't do it with BT headphones, then the most likely culprit is the BT device itself.
