Firmware, windows phone or htc apps ?
I only got these 3:

I presumed it was either a firmware update, went through same routine as when I received Portico , not like app updates usually are.

Im on O2 in the UK, but seems like its carrier independent which is as it should be

My firmware is the same number as that posted on the first page and I've had that for about a month since the portico update. I'm on 3 in the UK.
I get terribly excited about these updates though, thinking that one day someone from HTC or Microsoft will realise that they forgot to put voice navigation on the 8X and update us.
