    Hey guys, so I've had this phone since Thursday, and out of no where this morning my phone keeps telling me the email accounts wont sync, I can't look up phonebook contacts, and when I text anyone it just deletes the texts and keeps the text as a draft instead of sending it...
    HELP ME :(

    First try performing a soft reset by press + hold the vol down key and power buttons for 15 seconds. Also if available try installing the portico update which fixes a handful of issues.
