How can I access the files that I save on the internal storage ? I cannot find any way / apps that let me access the files

I downloaded apps and save them on the internal storage but it seems I have no way accessing them

any apps or a software? anything?

As the phone and the OS doesn't have a file manager we are unable to access files in the phones storage apart from pictures, music and videos.

i expected that from MS but not from HTC , a phone and an OS without a file manager is junk, already moving back to android, i guess just wasted a lot of money to remind myseld that MS is just like Apple ..an expensive toy.
