    What did you do about it? I have both this issue and an unrelated one with my camera autofocus. I bought the phone almost a month ago at The Source and their return policy is 14 days so a return to store is out of question.

    I want to send it back to HTC after the Christmas season, but I'm wondering what to expect... I live in Canada and it's my understanding that HTC will pay for shipping? How long will the phone be gone?

    depends on carrier, but thats a manufacturer defect, and all phones come with a warranty so...
