    I read that we are able to update over cellular. Even on Windowsphone.com, it states "yes" as long as there are no settings that would prevent it, like data sense or battery saver. Is this possible?

    YES, I DID update over cellular, worked for me on unlimited 4G from Tmobile. Took only about 1 minute to download the update, to install it took like 10 minutes.
