Hello,

My phone died and I have not been able to get any response with the hard reset steps mentioned everywhere. So @anyone who has done a hard reset, does it always work? Do you follow the steps exactly, did you do some magic?

I guess it is just dead but I was hoping I could try everything before replacing it as it was the only blue one and I would be stuck with black :(

Hmmm... Black ones have better LCDs.... Blue ones a slight yellow tinted white... Try holding the power button for 20 seconds.

Mine died too but left it on charger and it eventually came on.
