Hey all, I just saw the update for Beats Audio and wanted to install it, when it stopped during download saying: Attention Tap here, then says it got Error code: 8103010d and I should retry, I tried several times nothing, so I googled and it said I had to cancel download, I did but it never got to reinstalling as I cant find it in the market ofcourse.. Now if I go to settings Beats Audio looks like this: (the @C:\Data..)

I'm assuming you've already power cycled your device? If not, turn it off then back on again and try again

Well then, I'm not sure. It's like a system up too so I don't think you can just remove it and try again. You're not using beats when trying to update are you?

No I turned off my music and unpligged headphones still nothing

Press and hold the update and you can delete it. Then try again. I had an issue where for some reason it had tried to download twice, the second one failed. App was already updated.

I did that, it no longer says it needs updating, and I cant find a download for it.. All I have is the @C:\Data.. Like in the picture, i cant find any place to redownload Beats Audio though?

I suggest you contact HTC and talk to a technician and see what they say

Sounds like you have to do a hard reset.
