    Ok so I just setup my outlook email account and after it was all set up I powered down the phone and re-started it. But I have one problem I can't pin my outlook to my start screen, its in the apps list and if I long press it it pops up "pin to start" but its grayed out. What do I need to do

    Usually that will only happen if it's already on your start screen.

    HA HA now I feel really dumb!!! I didn't realize it automatically put it on my start screen.
