    pretty much as topic..

    is there a way to move my apps, photos, contacts, calendars etc. from my old lumia 710 to my new htc 1 X?

    If you want to move apps, sign in to windowsphone.com, choose apps+games, and click on those apps that you want to reinstall. Or from the phone, download the "reinstaller" app and that will take you to the windowsphone.com website and do essentially the same thing.

    I'm assuming you are hosting all of your other content in the cloud somewhere -- like skydrive?
