    My Phone decided it wanted to never fully turn on it stays on a white screen with 3 barcodes one for IMEI one for SN and one for MB. then there is a bunch of other numbers above. I cannot turn off it and if I do it turns itself right back on and back to that screen I have not been able to do anything. its as if my phone is off. does anyone know what can be done?

    Mind did that shortly after dropping it in the toilet. Eventually it booted back up normally by itself. But thats about the best help I can give, sorry.
