    My co-worker and I both just got HTC 8x's and our quality is horrible. My little video of myself is crystal clear but on his end it is horribly blurry and vice versa for his on my phone. We are both connected to a Wi-Fi but still with 4g it shouldn't be a problem??? How do I fix this or is this just what it is?

    It could definitely be better. Skype must be limiting the bitrate of the video.
