I dont care about city lens, but will it get nokia drive and the espn fantasy football app, bloomberg etc? or do we have to get the nokia just to get the apps?

It will get Nokia Drive we can be sure of that (all WP8 phones are getting Nokia drive) as for everything else it will depend if Nokia has a timed exclusivity or just full exclusivity.

In the case of games it's most likely going to be timed, Nokia gets a few months then it's for everyone. In the case of full exclusivity like Nokia services (think maps, and it's camera lenses) then these will always be Nokia only.
