    Has it ever charged? Did this just start? Are you using the charger that was provided with phone? Have you tried a different charger? Have you tried a different outlet? Is the battery removable, if so, remove the battery and try again. Try some compressed air gently in the charging port.

    Charguer provided with Phone -> Nothing
    Different charger -> Ok

    Wall Plug doesn't work...
