I think you can still do Windows+R to get a run prompt if you're on the desktop yes? If so then type cmd and on the command prompt type ipconfig /all and you will find the MAC address listed under the adapter that shows the devices IP address info.

You can also pull out the charms bar and do a search for CMD which will pull up the CMD prompt and then you can do ipconfig /all as fwaits stated
