In addition to the glaring "Other Storage" glitch that many of us have been experiencing, I have also had one more issue which I was hoping some of you may be able to give me some help with. I have a Class 10 64GB microSD card that I'm using, I have my newly recorded videos and photos stored to it. Unfortunately, when I record videos, the recorded video ends up choppy. When I play back the video on my phone, the video is choppy. When I play it back on my computer, the video is choppy in the same way and in the same places. In other words, the problem is with the recorded video file, not the playback of that file. It appears that when the Lumia 810 records video to the cards, the file does not get written efficiently, resulting in a choppy video file. My brother also has a Lumia 810, and he has the same problem with his SD Card (which is not identical to my own). The Portico update helped the problem a little bit, but my video files are still quite choppy. I should also note that photos seem to take a long time to record. I have seen some mention of this issue on Nokia's forums, but not much. Has any body else had this problem?

hello everyone, I've been a long time viewer of wpcentral and a long time user of windows phone since it came out and even before that with the windows mobile platform. And after getting extremely tired of tmobile's bull about the lumia 810 and how they mistreat us 810 owners I've filed a BBB report to help remedy the situation.

I've filed a complaint on the behalf of T-Mobile stiffing wp8 customers basically the 810 buyers with a phone that was EOL 5 months after its release and not warning the general public about such decision. I've also incorporated the severed updates for the phone, seeing how it has missed numerous nokia updates after the 1250 and we still don't have the Microsoft nokia fix for the storage issue.

So in short I've come here to urge every 810 owner to go to the Better Business Bureau website United States and Canada BBB Consumer and Business Reviews, Reports, Ratings, Complaints and Accredited Business Listings and file a complaint.

And in my settlement agreement I've opt for BBB to make T-Mobile either;

1. Offer owners of the 810 a way to upgrade to a device that is being supported by T-Mobile with current payment made on the phone to be transferred to a new phone and have the 810 returned to them and abolish any remaining debt.

2. Make it so that they remedy the situation and give us the updates we desperately need, and support the phones cycle of 2 years as Microsoft said.

3. Make it so that nokia has permission and the right to make and distribute software for the 810 with NO INVOLVEMENT of T-Mobile.

Thank you for your time. I hope many 810 users who are frustrated and felt robbed by T-Mobile will the right thing by filing a complaint.

And if it still the case; is GBR3 going to lift this limitation or a future update planned going to correct this situation?

I thinking about buy an 810 and would like to know before purchasing it!
Also, does the 810 able to do LTE?

Do you think it is a true and pure Nokia phone? Or just left-over T-Mobile stock? Notice in the picture the lack of T-Mobile branding on the phone itself. But the Live Tile shows T-Mobile, so who knows... I am tempted to buy it just to find out. What if it is left-over Nokia stock and is carrier unbranded? Too good to be true?

So I recently got a 32gb Class 6 micro SD card for my Nokia Lumia 810. I tried to transfer all my photos to it then delete the ones taken from my phone and it is very, very laggy now... Currently I have no photos on my phone I deleted them all and am trying to reformat the SD card (exFAT or FAT32???) the SD card is currently not in my phone and so now when I take a photo, it creates 2 of them in the camera roll. It's really frustrating as my phone seems like it's totally messed up. Anyone else have that problem and know how to fix it? Reply ASAP my phone is pissing me off beyond belief. Also it's very lame that you can't download games to the sd card...

number 2 is when the sd card is in, the pictures it takes are much laggy-er and sometimes when the SD card is in and I try to take a picture, the phone pretty much just freezes and I have to take out the battery. then when I turn it back on it says sd card problem.

Not impressed windows phone...

Very simple folks...T-Mobile has kicked us to the curb in favor of the Lumia 521 and the incoming Catwalk. So we need to still let our voices be heard. So let's round up as many 810 users as possible and tell T-Mobile that we need to get the updates like everyone else. Let's petition!

Sign the petition by putting in your city, when you bought your 810 and do a screenshot of your settings to show folks how large your "other folder" is. If you want to say whether you're still paying for your 810 or bought it at full price, throw that in there too. Let's get a long enough list that people can tweet on T-Mobile's website to get their attention.

To all the skeptics out there, all we want is the Check Storage update itself, or assurances from T-Mobile that we will get it, along with the other updates in the pipeline. This isn't the 920 or even the 8X we're talking about...it's the 810, a carrier variant and we feel T-Mobile it gonna stick it to us.

Me: NYC- 11/19/12, and sadly I'm still on the hook for mine. My "Other" is much less than it used to be because I clear history and keep minimal apps onboard.
