You can use a WP7 book, just learn the tricks of WP8. The concepts are very similar.

I'm thinking of getting this book:
Building Windows 8 Apps with C# and XAML (Microsoft Windows Development Series): Jeremy Likness: 9780321822161: Amazon.com: Books
The reviews are great so far, and it seems like a good start for someone like me (not a whole lot of experience developing for anything)...
