After being away from developing apps for a while, I though I'd check to see what people are using these days. It might also be useful in creating a sticky detailing various developer resources, which I think we could use.

So what do you use (VS extensions, toolkits, data services, books, tutorials/how-to's, etc.) while developing Windows Phone apps?
