I wrote a simple app that allows a person to record their beer tasting notes. You can record your notes, add ratings, and e-mail them to yourself for posting on sites like Beer Advocate and Rate-a-beer. As a secondary function, it also features content from the site Brown Glass Bottles.

Looking at your site I'm impressed by the demonstration video you created, which software have you used to demonstrate the touch points etc?

I used Camtasia Studio 7. It's easily the best screencasting app out there. It does all the cursor following and click highlighting.
