I would call 611 and ask. Don't tell them you dropped the phone. Tell them the screen is loose unless there is obvious damage. I believe the Lumia 920 is about $150 to get it replace via insurance. Also if you bought it via microsoft, Microsoft assure I'd only $50 and extends your warranty to 2 years

Unfortunately, with ATT, the 920 is $199 to replace using their insurance.

You could ship it to Nokia for repairs if you don't mind going phone-less for a little while.
